greater Naples/Bonita area. We want to be your real estate agent who provides advice
and guidance throughout the process. We are not pushy sales people. Our job is a
matchmaking process putting buyers and sellers together. In fact, most of our business
is referred to us by former clients - people who trust us and want their friends and
family to receive the highest quality service.

Vi Steffan
Vi Steffan and her husband John moved permanently to Naples in 1995, after having a vaction home here since 1990. Vi graduated from Canisius College, Buffalo, NY, with a BA in History. Prior to moving to Naples, Vi worked at both the Department of Justice and the Central Intelligence Agency.
John and Vi live in River Oaks Estates, a family neighborhood in North Naples. They have two adult children who live in Northern Virginia, and they are grandparents to two adorable little girls. John and Vi enjoy traveling, especially cruising, and volunteering for a variety of organizations, which includes acting as poll workers for the Board of Elections. On their quiet days, they like to boat, kayak and lounge on their lanai reading a good book.
Vi joined Don and Liane because she believes in their creed of honesty and integrity and supports their goal to provide quality service to each and every client.

We had a great experience working with Vi Steffan and welovenaples realty, inc. The benefit of working with Vi was getting two-for-the-price-of-one. She and John Steffan worked with us as a team. Their primary focus was getting to know us and matching us with a property that met our lifestyle needs and was within our price range. At one point, they went back three times on their own to a property we were interested in buying. They brought in a structural engineer who could not determine the source of a water leak. Vi advised us against making an offer since she knew we had major allergies and knew that the leak could present a major mold problem. We were initially limiting our search east of I-75 but Vi knew my husband played golf at Imperial Golf Estates and she urged us to look there. She found us a lot and a builder, investigated our concerns about the planned construction on property behind our preferred lot, and was available throughout the next 16 months. In addition to attending both the land sale and closing, she and John were responsive to our questions during the 16 month permitting and building process. This was especially helpful since this was our first experience building a new home. They visited our home site during construction and advised us to make some changes, which we did. The day before the closing Vi and John spent 3 hours with us going through the entire house - inside and out. This enabled us to put together a 7 page Punch List including a number of items we would have missed. Right after we moved in, we were greeted with a lovely fruit bouquet and goody basket from Vi and John. Our experience was positive from beginning to end, working with a professional team who put our needs first.
